Self-care Tapping TTT
If you feel fragile, stressed or emotionally overwhelmed this self-care might be for you.
Tapping on specific points sends signals to the nervous system. In a few minutes you can get out of an acute emotionally stressful situation.
When the situation is not acute you can work on prevention, you just think about the problem. That will activate a stressrespons in the body and you can treat it yourself with tapping. If you as well focus on where in the body you feel the stress or emotion, that could be discomfort in the stomach or harder to breath in your chest. Put a number between 0-10 (where 10 is the worst) on how hard it feels. After you tapped a round, you do the assessment again and see if anything happened to the number. Best if you can tap a couple of rounds. Note if there is a major trauma you might want to work with an proffesional.
